The beach, the sunset and a motorbike
Extra Mile:Miami Bike Life
There wouldn’t be any beach life without the Beach Boys!
I am lucky enough to live by the seaside. I was actually born by the Mediterranean, so I am bestowed by a great sunrise and sunset with Africa views every day.
People spend their yearly savings just for getting a two week stay of what’s normal for me, so normal you start to take it for granted; and it’s a real paradyse really.
However; when it comes to social media, movies and fiction reality is not as good as one may think. You don’t normally find bikini girls on motorcycles that often, and if they do, they face a fine!
I am among those whose pictures may sometimes look impressive on the social media, especially Instagram which I happen to enjoy quite often. But riding along the coast would normally mean a lot of traffic and disoriented people slowing down local vehicles in search for their holiday resort.
When it comes to beach riding, it is an activity which is totally banned by the authorities, and they will get you if you dare. Beaches here are always under control as they would normally be used for smuggling some stuff… so they’ll always get you if you ride on the sand.
But you can still get pretty decent rides around the year. I would suggest not riding in Summer, but you can benefit from that if you are like me and enjoy stopping for a swim in the middle of the ride.
But remember to wear protective clothes at all times, even in Summer. Riding like the pictures above and below is very cool until you crash.
But we all love the pictures taken on the beach, bikini girls, bearded fellas and old school motorcycles.
See you on the road!
